This application has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"i. To direct the respondents' to comply with the order passed by this Hon'ble High Court dated 26.07.2024, ii. To direct the respondent to release the salary from January 2024 to June 2024 with all consequential benefits, within a specific period, in accordance with law.
iii. To direct the respondents to maintain the petitioner's service book and related documents at CFSL, Delhi, qua the petitioner to consider the various other benefits in respect of the service of the petitioner in the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. iv. To allocate work assignments to the petitioner commensurate with her role and responsibilities at CFSL Delhi, in line with her position as Senior Scientific Officer Grade I/Assistant Director & Scientist-C (Chemistry)).
v. To direct the respondents to expedite the release of all pending reimbursements, including TA/DA and other entitlements, as per the petitioner's position and official duties performed."

The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to raise all the grievances before the appropriate forum in appropriate proceedings. 3.
The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

In case the petitioner approaches the learned Central Administrative Tribunal with an appropriate O.A., the Order dated 07.05.2024 passed by the learned Tribunal in O.A. 748/2024, the same shall not influence the consideration of the fresh O.A. filed by the petitioner, as it has been set aside by this Court vide the Judgement dated 26.07.2024.
