The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have amicably settled their disputes and have executed a settlement agreement dated 06.02.2024.

Mr.Rachit Chawla, Authorized Representative (AR) of the complainant, appears virtually in court. He has also signed the above settlement agreement on behalf of the Complainant. The Settlement Agreement is accompanied with the certified copy of the Board Resolution passed by the complainant/respondent. He has been duly identified by the learned counsel for the petitioner also. He reaffirms the settlement entered into between the parties. 3.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the Complaint case, being CC No.2478/2019, titled as Singh Finlease Pvt. Ltd. v. Ms.Monika Garg; and CC No.3193/2019, titled as Singh Finlease Pvt. Ltd. v. Ninex Developers Limited filed by the respondent and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed, binding the petitioner to the terms The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of the settlement and making it clear that if the petitioner does not honour the same, the proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 may also be initiated against her by the respondent.
