The Petitioner herein, who is representing a temple situated at BlockH, Sarojini Nagar, Near Babu Market, New Delhi, has approached this Court stating that the temple is being demolished contrary to the directions passed by this Court vide Order dated 02.05.2022 in W.P.(C) 6867/2022 wherein this Court had directed the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner before taking any coercive steps.

It is stated that pursuant to the aforesaid Order dated 02.05.2022, a representation has been given by the Petitioner on 05.05.2022 to the Respondents. The Respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within 10 days from today in accordance with law.
