Mr. Panda, learned counsel appearing for the respondents on instructions states that the claim of the writ petitioner in respect of refund has been duly accepted by the Assessing Officer ['AO'] and an appropriate order has been framed.

In view of the aforesaid, we direct the respondents to ensure that the refund is released in favour of the writ petitioner along with statutory interest within a period of six weeks from today.
