CRL.M.C. 893/2018 The petitioner impugns order dated 11.10.2017 whereby the revision petition filed by the petitioner impugning order dated 05.10.2016 was dismissed. By order dated 05.10.2016 the application of the petitioner under Section 156(3) was rejected by the Trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner under instructions from the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
