% 16.09.2019 This is a bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr. P.C) filed on behalf of petitioner for grant of bail . Status report filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for bail to the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner is innocent and has been implicated falsely. It is further submitted that co-accused Shivam has already been granted bail. Learned APP for the State opposes the bail application on the ground that allegations against the accused are serious in nature and the petitioner has given fist blows to the complainant.
Heard.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that his co-accused Shivam has been granted bail in this case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
