The matter has been settled before National Lok Adalat on 10.05.2025.

In terms of the settlement, the Respondent No.1/Insurance Company shall pay a further amount in the sum of Rs.1.75 lacs as compensation to the Appellant in full and final settlement of all claims. 2.1 This amount shall be deposited within six weeks from 10.05.2025 in terms of the order dated 10.05.2025.

The parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

The Appeal stands disposed of in the aforegoing terms. 5.
