The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing No. 190/2012, under Sections 420/34 IPC registered with PS Sarita Vihar and all other proceedings arising therefrom, be quashed. 2.

The said FIR was filed at the instance of respondent no.2 (Ved Prakash Malhotra).

He had alleged that certain amounts had been withdrawn from his bank account without his knowledge or consent. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes in terms of the settlement agreement dated 13.04.2017, arrived at before Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

The petitioners are present in Court and identified by their Counsel. Respondent no.2 is also present in Court and is identified by the

Investigating Officer. Respondent no.2 states that he has no grievance against the petitioner and joins the petitioner in requesting that the said FIR be quashed.

The petitioners also state that they have no further grievance against respondent no.2.

In view of the statements made, the FIR in question (FIR bearing No. 190/2012 under Sections 420/34 IPC registered at PS Sarita Vihar) and all proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. The application is also disposed of.

The petitioners and respondent nos. 2,3 and 4 shall sign this order as an acknowledgement as their statements recorded herein. 8.

The petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. The pending application is disposed of.
