The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "a. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, and/or any other appropriate writ, order or for direction upon the Respondent No. 1 to provide security to the petitioner immediately from the Respondent No. 3 to 9 and/or b. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction upon the Respondent No. 2 in the nature of declaratory relief in view of the settlement in favour of the petitioner towards the outstanding payment of his credit cards and loans; and/or c. After some arguments, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take recourse to all such remedies, as may be available, in accordance with law. 3.
