The present contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 23rd December, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.

15010/2021 whereby the petitioners sought the release of arrears following pay fixation as directed by this Court. Despite assurances, the respondents did not release the payments, leading to filing of the present contempt petition.

Upon directions of this Court for payment of arrears to the petitioners, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the due amounts of arrears have already been released in favour of the petitioners. 3.

Mr. Aniket Kotwala, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners confirms the aforesaid fact that the amounts have been released to the petitioners. calculations made by the respondents, qua which the petitioners are contemplating to file a separate substantive writ petition. 4.
