Doval, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4 draws the attention of the Court to his reply filed to contend that a similar petition being W.P.(Crl.) 1154/2024 was earlier filed on behalf of the domestic servant Ms. Priyanka Kumari wherein exact similar relief was prayed qua the safety of the life, money and property of petitioner and owner of the property bearing number B-100, Swasthya Vihar, Delhi110092.
