Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "a) Pass an order in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents No. 2 to 5.

b) Pass an order for protection of the life of the petitioner and to conduct CBI enquiry against the respondents No.2 to 5.

c) Allow the Criminal Writ Petition in favour of the petitioner· and against the respondents.

d) Pass such other or further relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

It is stated that the Petitioner herein got married to Respondent No.2 according to Muslim rites and rituals. It is stated that after her marriage, the petitioner came to know that Respondents No.2 to 5 are involved in illegal activities and they belong to Bangladesh and are living in India. It is stated that Respondents No.2 to 5 are threatening the Petitioner herein who is staying at Plot No.23-A, IInd Floor, Khasra No.254, Main Masjid Road, near Firdoz Masjid, West Sagarpur, Delhi - 110046. 3.

Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned ASC for the State, submits that the Petitioner may contact the SHO, Sagarpur who will give the telephone numbers of the Beat Constable and two responsible Officers of Police to the Petitioner herein so that the Petitioner can call them in case of emergency and prompt action will be taken by Police to safeguard the interests of the Petitioner. He also submits that it is also open for the Petitioner to take action against the Respondents No.2 to 5 by taking appropriate steps under the Criminal Law in case she is threatened by Respondents No.2 to 5. 4.

Statement of the learned ASC for the State is taken on record. 5.

The Petitioner herein is directed to approach the SHO, Sagarpur on 20.07.2024 at 04:00 PM.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with these directions, along with the pending applications, if any.
