CONT.CAS(C) 730/2019 The contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated August 08, 2019. It is a conceded position that the petitioners have deposited the amount with regard to two bills as noted in the said order. Mr. Sunil Fernandes, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent on advance notice states that in terms of the said order, the petitioners are required to complete certain commercial formalities. He has handed over to the counsel for the petitioners, the names of the officers whom the petitioners shall meet by tomorrow to complete the said commercial

formalities.

It is made clear on completion of commercial formalities, the respondent shall restore the electricity connection within 48 hrs. thereafter. The contempt petition is disposed of.
