The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the FIR bearing no. 580/2017, under Sections 308/325/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS Neb Sarai and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. 3.

Respondent nos. 2 to 7 are present in Court and are identified by the Investigating Officer. They state that they have resolved all their disputes and differences with the petitioner and state that they do not wish to pursue the FIR in question.

The petitioner is present in Court and is identified by his counsel. The petitioner further states that he has resolved all his disputes and differences with respondent nos. 2 to 7 in terms of the Settlement/Compromise Deed

entered into between them on 04.12.2017. A copy of the said deed is annexed with the present petition.

An affidavit affirmed by respondent nos. 3 to 7 affirming that they have no objections to the FIR in question being quashed has also been placed on record.

In view of the statements made by the concerned parties (petitioner and respondent nos. 2 to 7), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition and quash the FIR in question. 7.

Accordingly, FIR bearing no.

580/2017, under Sections 308/325/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS Neb Sarai and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
