The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "(i) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing Administrator not to permit the Executive Committee of Delhi State Kabaddi Association elected pursuant to the Elections held on 5.3.2017 to participate in any General Body Meetings/ Annual General Meetings or any other meeting for election, financial approval etc. of AKFI in any manner whatsoever as they have not followed the mandate of National Sports Code in conducting the said elections as recognised by Administrator himself in it's order dated 21.01.2019.

Mandamus directing Administrator to permit the Executive Committee headed by Petitioner No.2 to send names of 2 office bearers who can form part of Electoral College which would participate in the Election of office bearers of AKFI , and/or (iii) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Government of NCT Delhi to ensure compliance of letter dated 30.10.2014 bearing letter No. GAD/2014/55054 and letter dated 12.1.2015 bearing Letter No, DE.41/ Sports/ 2014/14748-14797 in it's true spirit, and/or (iv)Pass such order and/or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper be passed in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

It appears that the elections have already been conducted and, therefore, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. 3.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the challenge to the elections is a subject matter of W.P(C) 7303/2023. 4.

In view of the fact that the elections have already been conducted the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case and the parties are at liberty to raise all contentions, including the contentions raised in the present Writ Petition, in the subsequent Writ Petition.
