Learned counsel for the parties state that they have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 17.05.2024 before the learned Mediator. A copy of the Settlement Agreement has also been placed on record. It is signed by both the parties to these proceedings as well as by Mr. Prem Kumar Gogna [uncle of the petitioner and brother of the respondent]. The Settlement Agreement is also signed by learned counsel on both sides and by the learned Mediator.

Learned counsel on both sides state that they will abide by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In view of the Settlement Agreement, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
