The present two petitions were filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking inter alia issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the Respondents to withdraw/recall the Red Corner Notice ["RCN"] issued against the Petitioner by the International Criminal Police Commission. 3.

Ld. Counsel for the Petitioners submits that she has instructions to withdraw the present petitions.
