The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for rectification of error in recording the appearance of counsel for petitioner in the order dated 11th September, 2025.

It is submitted that in the order dated 11th September, 2025, the appearance of the counsel of the petitioner has wrongly been recorded. It is submitted that Mr. Raghav Bansal and Mr. Shashwat Bansal, Advocates were present in Court and they duly appeared and represented the petitioner. However, it is submitted that the appearance of some other counsels has been recorded, as counsel for the petitioner. Thus, the present application has been filed.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that the order dated 11th September, 2025, shall be read to include the appearance of Mr. Raghav Bansal and Mr. Shashwat Bansal, Advocates for the petitioner. The appearance of Mr. Bir Inder Singh Gurm and Mr. Aditya Verma, Advocates, shall be read as deleted from the order dated 11th September, 2025.

With the aforesaid directions, the present application is accordingly disposed of.
