% 17.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 21.11.2014 vide settlement agreement (Annexure P-3), therefore complaint may be quashed. A perusal of Annexure P-3 shows that parties had not only settled the complaint involved in this petition but other litigations also. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and submits that she is not willing to pursue the Complaint Case No. 269/1/2009 under section 406/411/120B IPC pending in the Court of Ms. Ruchika Singhal, M.M. Mahila Court, Tis Hazari, New Delhi.
In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 before the Mediation Center, in the interest of justice,
the aforesaid complaint case is quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
