By way of the present Appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, the Appellant has impugned the Order dated 16.05.2023 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini Court, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the Appellant seeks to withdraw the present Appeal in view of the fact that, vide Order dated 25.04.2025, the learned Family Court has already granted a decree of divorce, against which the Appellant has preferred another Appeal. 3.
