The petition is for directions to respondent no. 2-Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) to withdraw its order dated 01.05.2025, whereby Environmental Compensation (EC) has been levied on the petitioner. An additional prayer for directions to the DPCC to withdraw show cause notice dated 10.01.2025 is also made. 2.

The primary ground urged by the petitioner for setting aside the impugned order is that its submissions in its replies dated 21.01.2025 and 17.03.2025 to the show cause notice dated 10.01.2025 have not been addressed by the DPCC.

of the petitioner in the aforesaid replies. The same, therefore, deserves to be set aside.

Accordingly, the impugned order is set aside. Let the DPCC to issue a fresh notice and the petitioner be granted thirty days time to file the reply. After affording opportunity to the petitioner, let an appropriate reasoned order be passed.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
