The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Old Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks the following prayers:- "A. To pass an appropriate writ, order and mandamus for issuance of writ/ order and mandamus with the direction to the respondent for investigating the matter regarding complaint filed by the petitioner dated 10.05.2025 and direct the respondent to registered the FIR against Harmeet Singh, Supreet Kaur, Kuldeep Kaur and their minor The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. female maid, under appropriate provisions of law, for meeting the ends of justice, in view of the directions issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court in a case titled as Janak Sindhu Nagarjole Vs. State of Maharashtra reported as 2024(1) AICLR 291 [SLP (Cr1.) No. 5883 of 2020 decided on 08.08.2023], in accordance with law; B. Pass any other relief or direction as this Hon'ble courts deems fit and proper be also granted in favour of petitioner." 4.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
