By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks following prayers: "...a) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 to conduct a fair, impartial, and expeditious investigation into the complaints filed by the Petitioner, particularly the complaint dated 18.05.2025 in accordance with law;

b) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned authorities to provide immediate and adequate police protection to the petitioner, in order to ensure their safety and security..." 2.

Issue notice. Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, the learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State.

facts as mentioned in the petition, it is directed that the DCP concerned will treat the present petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and will take appropriate steps in accordance of law, under intimation to the petitioner.

The petitioner shall also provide his mobile number to the concerned Beat Constable and SHO. Similarly, the mobile numbers of concerned SHO and Beat Constable shall also be shared with the petitioner. 5.
