By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks following prayers: "...a) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 to conduct a fair, impartial, and expeditious investigation into the complaints filed by the Petitioner, particularly the complaint dated 18.05.2025 in accordance with law;
b) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned authorities to provide immediate and adequate police protection to the petitioner, in order to ensure their safety and security..." 2.
Issue notice. Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, the learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State.
