The present application under Section 439 Cr.P.C seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 836/2017 under Sections 363/364A/411/120B/34 of the IPC. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that PW 12 is under cross examination before the learned Trial Court since 29th February, 2024. 4.
Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh before the learned Trial Court after examination of the aforesaid PW 12.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of, accordingly.
