Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a copy of the order dated 10.04.2026 passed by POLC-IX, Rouse Avenue District Court, New Delhi, the relevant portion is reproduced hereinbelow:- "

The parties have settled the dispute vide Mediation settlement dated 27.03.2026.

The parties have confirmed the Mediation Settlement. In terms of the mediation settlement, the management has issued a cheque in favour of the workman, bearing cheque no. 202345 dated 23.03.2026, in sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only), drawn on the Standard Chartered Bank. The workman has accepted the cheque. Photocopy of the cheque is placed on record.

The parties have prayed to dispose off the matter as compromised / settled in terms of the mediation settlement. Statement of the workman and official of the management Sh. Arun Pathak are recorded separately.

In view of the mediation settlement and statement of the workman and official of the management Sh. Arun Pathak, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. statement of claim of the workman is disposed off as compromised / settled.

Since the statement of claim has been disposed off as compromised / settled, nothing remains for determination. The reference is accordingly disposed off.

Mediation settlement Ex.-X, statement of the workman, statement of official of the management Sh. Arun Pathak and photocopy of the cheque Mark-Y be made part of this award." 3.

The aforesaid order is taken on record and the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Mediation Settlement. In case the workman requires any clarification, he shall be at liberty to move an appropriate application in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
