The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to move a fresh bail application as the main witness, i.e. Mohd. Sakir is yet to be examined. He further submits that he may be granted liberty to move a fresh bail application within two months in case the witness is not examined.

Permission and liberty as prayed for is granted. 3.

In view of above, the present bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
