% 21.09.2015 Plaintiff is wife of defendant no. 1. Defendant no. 2 is mother-in-law of the plaintiff. Plaintiff has filed this suit for possession and mesne profits against the defendants in respect of the property bearing no. A-54, Narang Colony, Janakpuri, New Delhi. There were three other litigations pending between the plaintiff and defendants.
It is submitted that all the disputes have been settled between the parties before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 11th August, 2015. It is submitted that in terms of the settlement, possession of the suit property has already been handed over by the defendants to the plaintiff.
In view of the settlement, plaintiff's
counsel submits that suit be disposed of as not pressed. Suit is disposed of as not pressed. Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, let court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and a necessary certificate, in this regard, be issued by the Registry. A.K. PATHAK, J.
