Both the parties are present in Court with their respective counsels and they confirm the settlement dated 04th April, 2018 recorded before the learned Family Court. Copy of the settlement dated 04th April, 2018 has been filed along with the application.

In view of the settlement between the parties, the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

The application is allowed and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties shall remain bound by the settlement dated 04th April, 2018. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
