The respondent, vide the present application seeks appropriate directions, directing that the present petition has become infructuous in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 27.08.2025 arrived at inter se the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition since the same in view of aforesaid Settlement Agreement dated 27.08.2025 arrived at inter se the parties, has become infructuous and the terms thereof has been complied by the respondent. 3.

For the reasons stated in the present application, the aforesaid submission as also in view of terms recorded in the aforesaid settlement agreement, the present application is allowed.
