% 12.07.2016 Crl. Rev. P. 153/2014 and Crl. M.A. 8952/2016 (Appropriate Orders) Revisionist/petitioner is stated to have died on 7th October, 2015. Copy of the death certificate has been annexed with the application. Factum of death of revisionist/petitioner has been verified by the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that revision petition may be disposed of as abated as wife of revisionist/petitioner is not interested in getting herself impleaded. Accordingly, revision petition is disposed of as abated. A prayer has been made in the application for release of amount of Rs.40,000/-, which was deposited in this Court pursuant to the order dated 23rd July, 2014 by the petitioner's while furnishing surety. It is further prayed that surety bond furnished by the applicant may be discharged.

Ordered accordingly. The amount lying deposited in this Court along with interest accrued thereon, if any, be released to the applicant-Ms. Renu Bala w/o Late Sh. Ravinder Kumar (revisionist/petitioner). Application is disposed of in the above terms.
