Petitioner has challenged the order dated 30.04.2024 whereby there is a decree of eviction against her.

The decree is based on admission, based on the application moved under Order XII Rule 6 CPC.

Learned counsel for petitioner, however submits that petitioner has already handed over the possession of the premises in question to the concerned plaintiff and, therefore, she is no longer interested in pursuing with her present petition.
