It has been jointly apprised by learned counsel for the parties that the dispute in question has been amicably settled and plaintiff M/s Aviva Life Insurance India Ltd. has already filed an application before the learned Trial Court seeking withdrawal of the suit. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent/defendant also confirms that the matter has been amicably settled.
