The present petition under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks the following prayers: - "A. Allow the present revision petition and set aside the order dated 7.8.2018 and 10.10.2019 and pass an order directing the eviction of the respondents from the premises;

B. In the alternative, remand the matter back to the Ld. ARC to reconsider the factual circumstances of the present case. C. Pass any such order as the court deems fit and proper." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, without arguing on the merits, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue his petition before learned ARC and also, seeks directions for expeditious disposal of the same.
