The learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that he will not press his present petition any further in case direction is issued to the respondent to treat the present writ petition as representation and dispose of the same in a time bound manner.

Ms. Manika Tripathy, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of DDA submits that she has no objection in case appropriate directions are given.

Having regard to the limited submissions articulated by Mr. Wajeeh Shafiq, it is directed that the present writ petition may be treated as representation and the same may be disposed of by a speaking order after affording personal hearing to the petitioner. 4.

The Director (Land Management) will pass a speaking order after affording personal hearing to the petitioner. Needless to say that he will advert to the petition, as well as, all other pleadings and annexures which are part of the record of the present petition, while passing speaking order. 6.

The speaking order shall be communicated to the petitioner as well as to the counsel for the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from the date of said order.
