The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- "1. Direct the Respondents to execute or cause to execute the directions issued by them in the Letter dated 22-04-2022 issued by Respondent No. 1/NHAI bearing Reference No.NHAVPIU/SNP/NH-44/M-115/2022/D8837 and start the construction of Foot Over Bridge or underpass at the earliest;

2. Direct the Respondents to provide for Temporary Traffic Red Light Signal until the construction of Foot Over Bridge or Underpass is complete;

3. Direct the Respondents to fill the excavated portion of the service road of the Highway so that villagers can move safely:

4. Direct the Respondents to make arrangement for temporary pedestrian till service road is constructed."
