The petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present contempt petition. It is submitted that after the filing of the petition, the parties have amicably settled the matter vide agreement dated 24.12.2024 and in view of the above said agreement, nothing further survives in the present contempt petition. 2.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and resultantly the present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed. 3.
