% 09.02.2021 The hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. 1.

The writ petition is listed on an office note pursuant to a letter received from the learned Metropolitan Magistrate-01, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts dated 2nd February, 2021 for extension of time for disposal of the application.

The writ petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 22nd January, 2020 with the directions that the learned MM is requested to dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 weeks from 22nd January, 2020.

According to learned MM she was transferred to the Court pursuant to the order dated 18th November, 2020 and the matter came up for hearing before her for the first time on 15th January, 2021 and apparently due to suspended/ limited functioning of the District Court due to pandemic the application could not be decided.

Considering the unforeseen circumstances, the learned MM is requested to now dispose of this application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 weeks from today. 5.

Copy of this order be conveyed to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.
