"(a) summon the Respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act for acting in defiance of the judgement dated 28/02/2023 passed in WP(C) 1957/2017 & WP(C) 2225/2019 and proceed against the said Respondent in accordance with law and be pleased to punish the said Respondent if found guilty;

(b) award the cost of the present petition to the Petitioner; (c) pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case;" 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law with respect to the statutory dues as claimed before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
