This is an application moved by the petitioner whereby the following substantive prayer has been made:
"a) Permit withdrawal of the present Writ Petition with a liberty to revive the same, including any other remedy, as may be available, in case of any non-compliance on the part of Respondent No.1 to the terms of the compromise." 2.
Mr. Aggarwal, who appears for respondent no.1 bank says that he has no objection to the prayer being allowed. 3.
Accordingly, the prayer made in the application is allowed. 4.
The application is disposed of.

In view of the prayer made in the aforementioned application being allowed, nothing survives in the writ petition. 7.
