Ms. Bhawna Khanna, Counsel for respondent, points out that, they have filed an affidavit in compliance of the settlement agreement dated 07th August 2023. A copy of the said affidavit has been given to counsel for the petitioner.

Counsel for petitioner states, on instructions of the petitioner, that there are some other documentary issues which require ironing out. 3.

Accordingly, counsel for parties shall collaborate in this regard through a written communication, to ensure that these aspects are sorted out. 4.

The first motion has already gone through and, pursuant to documentary compliance, the second motion must be filed by the parties. 5.

Counsel for parties states, on instructions, that they are bound to comply with the settlement and the undertakings which have been given by them.

The documentary compliance shall be done within two weeks with mutual consultation between counsel for the parties. 7.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with aforesaid directions. 9.

Liberty is given to the petitioner to revive the same in case there is any continued infraction.
