Contempt Petition under Section 2(b) read with Section 12(1) of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner against the Respondents for having filed the Closure Report despite the fact that the matter was seized before the Court.

However, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that this Petition is not being pursued and the same may be disposed of.

In view of the submissions made, present Petition along with pending Application is disposed of.
