Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
The final report has been presented by the Local Commissioner on 22.09.2025.

The parties jointly submit that the suit properties have been partitioned by metes and bounds and their rights and entitlements have been clearly described in the final report of the Local Commissioner. They submit that they are jointly bound by the terms and conditions of the report dated 22.09.2025.

In these circumstances, the suit stands decreed in terms of the report of the Local Commissioner dated 22.09.2025.

The report dated 22.09.2025 is forming part of the decree. 6.

In view of the above, the present suit, along with pending applications, stands disposed of.
