Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the date of marriage of the petitioner has now been changed to 30.8.2019 and she seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move an appropriate application for interim bail for a period of one month before the Trial Court. 3.
Accordingly, as prayed, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed, with a direction to the
Trial Court to decide the application as expeditiously as possible, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, as per law. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the bail application. Dasti.
