Learned counsel for respondents submit that representation in question has already been disposed of by speaking order and pursuant to decision taken by respondents, the amount has also been transmitted to the Bank Account of the petitioner herein and the amount has already been credited in the Bank Account of petitioner on 02.08.2024 and 29.08.2024. 2.

This Court has seen the directions contained in order dated 26.04.2023 passed by learned Division Bench of this Court whereby the respondents were directed to treat the writ petition filed by the petitioners as representation and to take a final decision within eight weeks and there was also a direction to communicate the decision to the petitioners within one week after such reasoned order.

It is also submitted that the decision by the respondents was taken by respondents on 31.08.2024.

the manner in which the calculation was done would be transmitted to the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner through e-mail within a period of six weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above, he does not press his present contempt petition. He, however, states that if it is found that the calculation is not in the manner in which it should have been, the petitioner would reserve his right to challenge the same by filing appropriate petition.

The petition stands disposed of as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
