The learned counsel for the applicant complains that though the Charge-Sheet was filed on 18.06.2020, the charges are yet to be framed.

Learned APP explains that the delay in framing of charges is on account of the non-production of one of the co-accused before the Court. He submits that now the final direction has already been issued for the production of the said co-accused.

Considering the status of the case, it is expected that the learned Trial Court shall proceed further with the hearing of the submissions on framing of charges without any further delay.
