The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is essentially aggrieved that the investigation was not being carried out properly by the Investigating Agency. 2.
She submits that the accused was admitted on bail by the learned Trial Court without adverting to any of the submissions made by the parties.

She submits that the Police also erroneously stated that the custodial interrogation of the accused is not required. 4.
She submits that the applicant would be satisfied if the liberty is granted to file a protest petition indicating the lacunae in the investigation.
5.
She submits that the charges are yet to be framed and the Police should be directed to investigate further and file a supplementary chargesheet.
6.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court.
