Keeping in view the averments in the application, the prayer for early hearing is allowed. With consent of the parties, the matter is taken up for hearing.

Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 26th August, 2022 passed by the learned Delhi Cooperative Tribunal setting aside the Arbitral Award dated 13th May, 2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and further directing the removal of administrator from Nav Sansad Vihar Cooperative Group Housing Society.

At the outset, Mr. Tandon, learned counsel for the respondent no.2society states that the present writ petition has become infructuous as fresh elections have been directed to be held on 8th September, 2024 for which a schedule has already been published.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the aforesaid development, the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition any further. He, however, states that the issues raised in the present writ petition be left open to be agitated in future if the need so arises. 5.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed of. The next date fixed i.e. 17th September, 2024 stands cancelled in the matter.
