% 20.08.2019 This appeal is against the judgment dated 19.11.2018 passed in LAC No.436/2016. Vide the impugned judgment the compensation of the land belonging to the appellant was enhanced from `12,16,000/- per acre to `12,96,455/- per acre. This appeal is for further enhancement of the compensation at the rate of `50,000/- per bigha. The land is situated in village Khera Kalan acquired vide notification dated 27.10.1999 under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Heard.

I found no infirmity or illegality in the impugned judgment as the Court has granted at par compensation of the land similar to the land of the appellant in Hem Chander Malik vs. Union of India &

Ors. in LA.APP.35/2007 decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 26.09.2011. In the circumstances the appeal is dismissed. At this stage the learned counsel for the UOI submits that similar matters pertaining to this very village are pending since being admitted and those may also be taken up. The counsel is requested to coordinate with the Registry and thereafter Registry to list such matters in supplementary list for disposal.
