This application has been filed seeking clarification of the order dated 28th February 2025; the order had been passed noting settlement between the parties and the Court Fees to be refunded to the counsel for the plaintiff. 2.

Counsel for the plaintiff states that only 50% of the Court Fees is being refunded, despite there being no limitation stated in the directions passed by the Court.

Counsel for the plaintiff also points out to previous orders which have been passed, where 100% of the Court Fees has been refunded. 4.

Taking into account these facts and circumstances, it is clarified that the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of 100% of the Court Fees. 5.

Application is disposed of with aforesaid clarification. 6.
