The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the order dated 04.12.2023 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, NI Act, Digital Court, North East District, Karkardooma Courts, New Delhi in CC NI Act No. 379/2021, the petitioner already stands acquitted.

He submits that in view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and that he has instructions to withdraw the same, alongwith the pending application.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
